Getting Started

What are the benefits of Factor?

Factor takes the stress out of healthy living. We provide fresh, ready-prepared meals that support even the busiest of lifestyles. We shop, prep, cook, and deliver to your door so you can experience the benefits of clean eating without the hassle.

When you are fit, you look great, feel amazing, and have the energy and focus you need. As an added bonus, our team of dietitians is always available for extra accountability to help you crush your goals with our nutrition coaching programs.

How soon can I get my first order?

We deliver Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, depending on your zip code. Our cutoff for any new or modified orders is dependent on your delivery day.

For Saturday and Sunday deliveries, the cutoff is Tuesday at 11:59 PM CT, one week prior to delivery. For all other delivery days, the cutoff is Wednesday at 11:59 PM CT for deliveries the following week.

After your first order, you’ll start receiving a box every week. You will always have until your cutoff time to modify the order, including meal selections, plan size, and billing/shipping information.

We need a week of lead time because all meals are made fresh-to-order by our chefs. We wait until after cutoff to order ingredients so we can ensure freshness and reduce waste.

How do I view the menu without signing up?

You can view our current menu without providing any personal information.

On desktop or laptop, click WEEKLY MENU at the top of our homepage. On mobile, open the menu (3 horizontal lines) and tap WEEKLY MENU.

Are meals fresh or frozen?

Always fresh. We deliver meals in insulated boxes with frozen gel packs designed to keep your food at refrigerated temperatures during transit.

Once you receive your meals, place them in the fridge as soon as possible. In the fridge, meals stay fresh for at least 7 days. For best quality, meals are intended to be enjoyed fresh and we do not recommend freezing.

How do I apply a promo or coupon code during checkout?

When you get started with signup, you can add a promo code or coupon in the section that asks Do you have a discount code? You can input the code at checkout.

How many people does one meal feed?

Each meal feeds one adult for one meal.

Nutrition facts and ingredients vary by meal, so please review each meal before ordering. You can view full nutrition labels and ingredients by clicking the meal image on the menu page.

Some breakfast options can be split into two lighter servings.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes, absolutely. You can cancel anytime from your account.

Please note that canceling your subscription does not cancel existing orders. If you cancel before your weekly cutoff shown on your My Menu page, no automated order will be placed for the following week.

If you cancel after cutoff and an automated order was already placed, that order cannot be canceled and will still be delivered. After that, you won’t be charged or receive future deliveries.

How much does Factor cost?

Our pricing is designed to be as flexible as your lifestyle. Since cost per meal depends on plan size and active promotions, please check your personalized pricing directly in your account or on our homepage.

Managing my Subscription

How do I edit my order?

Each week we automatically preselect meals based on your saved preferences, but you can edit your selection any time before your weekly cutoff (11:59 PM CT on the day shown on your My Menu page).

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the delivery date you want to edit (dates are shown near the top of the page).
  3. Click Edit Meals.
  4. Use Add To Your Box to add meals.
  5. Use + to increase quantity and - to reduce/remove.
  6. Click Save.
  7. On the Add-Ons page, choose add-ons and click Save Add-Ons, or click Skip Add-Ons.
How do I change my password?

To change your password:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the person icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to SettingsAccount Settings.
  4. In the password section, click Edit.
  5. Enter your current password, then your new password twice.
  6. Click Save.
How do I change the email address on my account?

To update your email address:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the person icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to SettingsAccount Settings.
  4. Click Edit next to personal info.
  5. Enter your new email address.
  6. Click Save.
How can I change the delivery address on my account?

To change your delivery address:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the person icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to SettingsManage Subscription.
  4. In the Delivery section, click Edit.
  5. Enter your new address.
  6. Click Save.
How do I cancel my account?

You can deactivate your subscription at any time from your account settings.

Please note: canceling your subscription does not cancel existing orders. If you cancel before cutoff, no automated order is created for the following week. If you cancel after cutoff and an order was already created, that order will still be delivered.

After that order, no further charges or deliveries will occur.

How can I change the default payment method on a subscription?

To update your default payment method:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Click the person icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Go to SettingsPayment.
  4. In Payment Method, click Edit.
  5. Enter your new payment details.
  6. Click Save.
How do I skip a delivery?

You can skip weekly deliveries directly from your account. Orders must be skipped before the weekly cutoff shown on your My Menu page.

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Select the upcoming delivery date at the top of the page.
  3. Click Change or Skip Delivery.
  4. In the pop-up, click Skip Week.
Do you have a referral program?

Yes. When you refer a friend, they get up to $150 off across their first 6 orders, and you receive referral rewards.

To share your referral:

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Open the Feed Friends link (usually near the person icon) or use the green dashboard banner.
  3. Send invites by email or copy your unique referral link.
